Step 3

Once you have completed all the necessary forms and they are ready to be
collected by us, please make payment.

Step 4

We will check your forms and inform you of any errors or problems.

Please read through the Example Documents carefully and use the Checklist
to make sure you have completed all the necessary forms and that you have all the supporting documentation attached.

Step 5

We submit your application to the Department of Labour as soon as your maternity leave starts. You will receive your first payment within 4-6 weeks of submission.
